"O" Litter Klatolklin K9 & Lytle's K-9

Autumn is a large dark red sable bitch that has really come on strong in her work recently. Autumn is balanced in her drives and we are very happy to have produced her right here at Klatolklin/Lytle's K9. She is out of Klatolklin's foundation bitch Britta vd Ellerbachbrucke SchH3 (287V), KKL1a, German Import. Britta was owned by one of the top breeders in the USA for the production of police service dogs before we purchased her. She has produced multiple police progeny from different sires. Autumn's sire is Austin Courage Pronouced SchH1, AD, A, OFA GOOD who is owned by Us Shaun and Brigitte Lytle. He has provided us as a great personal protection dog and is one of their first Schutzhund dogs. He produces good nerves and very high working drives.

This breeding to Axel should produce VERY high prey and fight drives. Proven working lines that blend well together. The litter will also have very nice linebreeding to Mink vh Wittfeld 4-5. Mink is known for producing hard and serious working dogs ideally suited for police service work. Mink also has produce a lot of dogs that compete at a high level in Schutzhund. In addition, Mink is a great hip producer and we expect this litter will be very healthy and have great longevity.

Hey guy's,

here are some pic's of Verro. We started him a few weeks ago with training (Carolina Schutzhund Club). I have completed his basic obedience myself, now concentrating on his focus work. I have not yet started obstacles, I was told to wait until he is around 14 months, better for his hips I guess.

Verro just started with our trainer/helper with basic bite work, although I have fostered his pray drive since we got him. Verro has great pray drive as you can see in the photos.

We started with the basic's, then going to a pillow and then sleeve.

Our instructor, after watching him for a few weeks suggested that we "work on pray and carefully tap into his defense drive". Verro seems to have very high defensive drives, as we prepared on Saturday for some bite work and walked towards the field, Verro noticed our trainer standing behind a blind from finishing a session with another dog and he lit up like a switch. Our instructor told me to be careful with him around people...but I tell you, I take him everywhere with me and he is not aggressive with strangers at all. I guess he viewed him as a threat behind the blind....any thoughts?

Hey guy’s

“Verro” is doing great. We had fun with him all weekend, he is adjusting nicely, loves to squeeze his way between things or us and snuggle up, must be a litter mate thing I guess. He is eating well (no soft stool at all) and sleeping great also. He takes 3 naps or so per day and plays hard. He sleeps is his crate at night, just a whimper or 2 and he is asleep. I’m going for a larger crate today, don’t think he will last long in this one. I’ll get an XL size and put a divider in and adjust as he gets larger. We fed him Kibble this weekend, I think we are going to introduce some raw this week. He has been working for snacks already (he loves pieces of baby carrots). I’ll have Nan load up some pictures for you guys tonight so I can e-mail them to you. The cats seem to want to meet him, but he gets so exited when he sees them , starts pouncing and barking at them so they run away. I guess it will take a few days for them to figure it out.

Hi, sorry I never sent you pictures of Roxie (Ouzinkie Lytle vom Klatolklin)! I know you have had many litters since then but I wanted to send you a few pictures anyway. She is doing great, full of energy of course, and she is great with our 3 year old, Kaylee. We take her running with us and she loves that. She also LOVES to swim. Health-wise she hasn't had any problems except some diarrhea here and there. We moved to VA where I'm going to veterinary school. She is a great dog, and now she has another friend, a 6 month old Golden Retriever.

Dear Brigitte & Shaun,

I just wanted to say that I am completely impressed with the breed you produced. Orca automatically fit in with our family. Orca is beautiful, energetic, loving, smart, playful, and she is very protective of me and my family. Orca was trained better than I could ever have imagined, you guys have a special gift with these dogs. I hope that the new pup is just as great as Orca, but with you guys working with the new pup I really have no doubts at all.
